About this bottle
Eden Mill introduced its very first single malt on April 24th, 2018, marking the first whisky release from St. Andrews in 160 years. The Hip Flask Series is a recent addition to the distillery's offerings. This series comprises seven distinct 200ml bottles, each using different malt types and finished in various oak casks. A total of 3,800 bottles were released for the entire series, priced at £25 each. Series No. 7 utilizes a pale malt mash bill and was finished in a Pedro Ximenez sherry hogshead.
