Dry Fly Distilling utilizes soft white winter wheat sourced from the family-owned Wisota Farm in Eastern Washington for its vodka and gin. This gin, produced in Spokane, incorporates botanicals cultivated locally, including Washington Fuji apples, coriander, lavender, mint, hops, and juniper berries from Oregon. The spirit is bottled at 40% ABV.

Floral and citrus notes transition to mint, eucalyptus, and juniper. It has a thick texture and a smooth, malty sweetness. Quite enjoyable and suitable for mixing in drinks. It truly reflects the character of the Inland Empire, Pacific Northwest, and Spokane, WA. This producer is crafting some remarkable wheat distillates, all deserving of a try.
One of the stronger gins I’ve tasted. At first tastes, it’s a bit like sake. Slowly, the juniper aroma and taste comes out. Then a light sweetness that’s being made more pronounced by the addition of East Imperial tonic. Tasted this with garnishes; orange peel, mint and grapefruit.
A superb, smooth, contemporary Gin. I believe juniper is the least abundant botanical they include by volume in their Gin. This could almost pass for juice. So smooth and great served with ice.
Ugh. Not my style. Hints of ass at the beginning followed by a desire to quickly pour a different gin
Sweet, with notes of vanilla and honeysuckle. Very smooth, with minimal juniper flavor. Makes a wonderful negroni.
Gentle, subtle botanicals. Smooth sensation with a touch of fruit. Comforting warmth.
