Named for founder Donald Walton, Jr.'s great grandfather, E.M. Walton's Corn Whiskey is the inaugural product from Walton's Distillery in Jacksonville, North Carolina. This whiskey is crafted with 100% corn and undergoes a two-month aging process with toasted Appalachian oak chips.
