Britney Bender 4.0

Color: Resembles dirty rainwater. Nose: Vanilla pods steeped in sea spray over a tidal pool. A hint of lemon meringue adds a touch of brightness. Palate: Spicy chili peppers with vibrant cereal malts. Ashy, charred peat smoke is present, but the malt is very forward. Finish: Meaty and salty, with a persistent, sooty aftertaste. After Dilution: The nose brings to mind lemons, limes, and a bit of caramel sweetness. The palate opens up considerably to sweeter profiles, including white chocolate and candied nuts roasted over a campfire. The finish remains robust, but with added sweetness.

Vanilla, smoky, pure bliss.
