La Crosse Distilling Co. produces this organic high rye whiskey, which is double-distilled and then rested in previously used toasted oak barrels. It is subsequently flavored with crystallized honey and fruit before being filtered and bottled at 88 proof.

I've tried this multiple times and can't even give it away. The reviews make me think I got a bad bottle. It's harsh and tastes more like vodka than whiskey, burning my throat.
Skip this one. Unless you prefer drinking Rye whiskey but dislike its typical profile. In that case, you'll enjoy the overwhelming sweetness and fruity notes. It's too much for me. Rated 4/10.
The aroma isn't great, but it's decent when consumed neat. A light rye flavor with floral and citrus notes.
