About this bottle

Douglas Laing combines a single barrel of Macallan with a single barrel of Laphroaig to create a Scotch that merges the characteristics of a sherry-influenced Speyside malt with a peaty Islay malt.

I haven't tasted this one, but it's one step away from creating one of my favorite cocktails: the tattletale (which involves combining a Highland with a peated Islay). Add some honey and a few dashes of bitters to this, and I imagine it would be quite good.
