Doragrossa Amaro di Torino

A classic alpine amaro with some enjoyable menthol notes. This one doesn't lean too heavily into the mint, offering a great caramel base with some orange peel and subtle rhubarb. It combines the best aspects of different amaro styles.

I adore this amaro. It has a slightly alpine character without leaning too heavily into mint. A sweet cola foundation. As strange as it sounds, I'm getting some very prominent bubblegum notes from this pour.

A superb alpine amaro with some sweet bubblegum and licorice alongside bitter rhubarb notes that complement the typical menthol character.
