About this bottle
This additive-free tequila is crafted from 100% blue Weber agave sourced from the Jalisco highlands (Los Altos). Production takes place at Destileria El Pandillo under the direction of master distiller Felipe Camarena and his team. The agave is processed in stone ovens, extracted using a Tahona, fermented with natural yeast in open-air steel tanks without fibers, and then distilled twice in copper pot stills. This expression is aged for under a year in former bourbon American oak barrels.
