About this bottle
Destileria El Pandillo, under master distiller Felipe Camarena and his team, produces this additive-free tequila from 100% blue Weber agave grown in the Jalisco highlands (Los Altos). The production involves stone oven cooking, Tahona extraction, fermentation in open-air steel tanks with natural yeast, and double distillation in copper pot stills. The tequila is aged for at least 3 years in ex-bourbon American oak barrels.
