A rich Agave Spirit from Casa Don Roberto NOM 1437, founded by Don Roberto Orendain in 1840. It is crafted with estate-grown agave and volcanic spring water using a secret family recipe. The agave is slow-roasted in earthen ovens and aged for at least 10 months in white oak barrels. It has an aromatic beginning with notes of roasted agave, wood, and spices; a rich development adds notes of coconut, applewood, rosemary, vanilla, and chocolate, leading to a complex, medium-length finish.
