About this bottle
This Calvados is created from a blend of 80% bittersweet apples and 20% acidic apples, harvested from September to November. The Vielle Reserve undergoes double distillation six months after fermentation and is aged for at least 4 years in toasted 88-gallon barrels, with 25% of these barrels being new.
