Clear, medium lemon color; clean scent with medium intensity, short aging, featuring Bartlett pear, daisy, honeycomb, golden apple, toasted coconut, and cardamom. The taste is dry, smooth, medium-bodied, with medium intensity. The fruit notes confirm the aroma, accompanied by significant vanilla, smoke, caramel, and cinnamon, leading to a long, somewhat complex finish; very good quality.

About this bottle
The Dupont family maintains orchards in the Pays d’Auge region, cultivating 6000 trees representing 13 different apple varieties. Their Fine Reserve blend consists of 80% bittersweet apples and 20% acidic apples. Following a double distillation process, it matures in oak for a minimum of two years, with half of that period spent in new oak.
