Dogfish Head Whole Leaf Gin begins with the distillery's Analog Vodka, which is then redistilled with botanicals including juniper, coriander, angelica root, lemon peel, chamomile flowers, cubeb berries, orris root, black cardamom, and whole leaf cascade hops. The incorporation of hops is achieved through a continuous hopping technique, where whole-leaf hops, also used in their IPAs, are gradually added to the spirit. Currently, this gin is only distributed in Delaware and Maryland.
