Concluding my posts for Dramfest 2020! This is from a new distillery in New Zealand that produces excellent products. They were initially in collaboration with NZ Spirit Workshops but have since separated. It seems the distillate or at least the equipment remains the same, which is impressive given how poor the NZ SW products were... I had a good conversation with them, and they explained that they source all their micro barrels from Tasmania, where a facility consolidates Australian and other barrels before reselling or exporting them. All their offerings were great... finally, two respectable whisky distilleries in NZ.
