About this bottle
Distillery No. 209 has produced the world's first certified Kosher for Passover vodka, avoiding leavened grains which are forbidden during the holiday. The base of this spirit is cane sugar, and it undergoes five distillations at San Francisco's Pier 50 facility under the supervision of the Orthodox Union.
