Distillerie Guillon de la Montagne de Reims

It resembles a perfume bottle, and you wouldn't be far off. It has a pleasant sweet and floral taste, with distinct honey on the nose. A few drops of water lessened the slight alcohol burn, making it a very refreshing and smooth spirit.

I'm convinced this always has the same core elements, yet it tastes different each time. It's less sweet than I recall and has more butterscotch notes.

Wheat upfront, beneath the wheat was a vanilla and honey blend, almost a salted caramel hint on the finish

A very nice whisky finished in a Sauternes cask; it's sweet, floral, with a medium finish. Definitely worth trying.
