Watershed Distillery Old Fashioned

Upon opening, I was met with a distinct cinnamon note. It's very noticeable on the palate, not at the level of Fireball, but it's the primary flavor. It would be best enjoyed on a cool autumn evening. It might be better as a mixer, but that's not my preference. I'm drinking it neat...
