Dingle Distillery added this Single Pot Still whiskey to its permanent collection in 2025, following prior limited releases. The whiskey is made using a mash bill of 60% malted barley and 40% unmalted barley. It undergoes triple distillation and is matured in a combination of casks, including ex-bourbon, ex-oloroso sherry, ex-Pedro Ximénez sherry, and ex-red wine barrels. This whiskey is bottled at 46.5% ABV and is presented without chill-filtration or added color.
