Noah Wolford 3.8

Aroma: Overwhelmingly stone fruit. Much like peach rings. Flavor: Ginseng, rhubarb fruitiness, grappa tannins. Chamomile-style florals. Certainly unique. Would love to try mixing with it in a white negroni. Doesn't hold enough flavor to be the main flavor of a cocktail. More of an accent-adder like Salers than a powerhouse like campari or aperol. Pleasant enough to drink neat, but I'm not rushing to the store for a bottle.

Fredrick Kimble 4.0

A complicated, harsh liqueur made with soft winter wheat and a hint of Grappa di Barolo, bitter vermouth herbs, apricot and peach blossoms, bottled at 35% ABV. It starts with a smell of bitter herbs, grape seeds, fruit, and wheat. The middle offers notes of blood orange, apricot, peach, citrus, and rhubarb. It finishes long and balanced with chamomile, sage, orange peel, anise, and ginseng.
