Herbal and quite sweet with a moderate mouthfeel. Flavors of chrysanthemum, cardamom, honey, mint, and a mild anise, with just a faint hint of bitter orange at the end. It's clear enough to work in a White Negroni (similar to Salers, but sweeter and less bitter), though not as pleasantly balanced or bitter as a White Negroni made with Suze.
