This Honey Whiskey is a cooperative product from Detroit City Distillery and the beekeeping non-profit Bees in the D. The limited-edition bourbon is infused with raw honey harvested from hives situated on the rooftops of DCD's whiskey production facility.

A sweet nose gives way to a taste that is honey-forward but not overly sweet or thick. A good amount of peppery spice makes it feel like a higher proof than it actually is.
Quite mild and sugary. Doesn't provide much taste, and the finish is too subtle, but it's very easy to drink and savor straight.
