It's a great choice for sipping during or after a meal, though a full bottle might disappear quickly. Really enjoyable!

I don't care for this one, but that's not to say it isn't good (a companion enjoys it just fine). The walnut essence is quite pronounced, limiting its use in cocktails that call for bourbon. I would not purchase it again, but if you are a big walnut enthusiast, you might want to try it (just do not plan for it to substitute for a standard bourbon).
