An elegant agave spirit from Del Maguey distillery, founded by a person in San Luis del Rio, Mexico. Distilled in copper pot stills in the fall by the family of another person to share in the celebration of Dia de los Muertos. It is crafted from 100% mature agave Espadin and bottled at 45% ABV. It has an aromatic birth with notes of tropical fruits, vegetables, flowers, herbs & spices; while a creamy life adds notes of apple skins, roasted pineapples, cooked orange rind, poblano peppers, vanilla bean & anise; that led to a long & balanced death with notes of cider, sea spray & a beach campfire.
