About this bottle
This American-made bitter aperitivo is the result of a collaboration between chemist and absinthe distiller T.A. "Ted" Breaux and Dale DeGroff. The team at Clear Creek Distillery in Oregon produced this beverage using a mix of botanicals, including fruits, roots, flowers, and leaves, without any artificial components or colors. It has been available since early May 2023. (SRP $29.99 for 700ml)
