A complicated vodka from Poland, made with cherries from the East & South of Poland that were steeped for two weeks in vodka. It was then aged for one year in oak casks, before being combined with natural essences of cinnamon, almonds, cloves, and vanilla. After an additional seven-day rest, it was filtered and bottled. It begins with an aromatic bouquet of red fruits, nuts, wood, herbs, and spices. Its complex middle develops notes of cherry and vanilla, leading to a well-rounded finish of moderate duration with hints of oak, cinnamon, almond, and clove. July 2017
