This spirit presents differently each time I sample it. Previously, it was strongly characterized by caramel and vanilla. Today, I perceive more buttery and phenolic notes, accompanied by a persistent earthiness and oak tannins. I continue to enjoy it.
Pale in color. Pleasant honey and caramel on the nose and palate. Nice from start to mid-palate with a medium finish.
Starts strong, stays strong in the middle, and finishes strong. The finish is almost medicinal.
Smoky cherry notes!
