The Amburana finish is quite prominent here, with a lot of honey and spice, like cinnamon. The rye is definitely in the background. I found it pretty good, but I think the finish could be toned down.
Tastes of vanilla, spices, caramel, maple syrup, burnt sugar, and charred wood. It feels warm and satisfying at the end of the sip and on the exhale. Outstanding.
Grassy and earthy flavors – not to my liking.
A very pronounced honey flavor is present.
Has a cinnamon flavor.
