Number 3 on the trip to taste Dancing Sands. It spent 3 months aging, using two kinds of barrels: old Murderer’s Bay Gold Rum casks and new French Oak barrels. A really good drink, not so much oak that it ruined the gin flavors. Update 2 months later. I purchased a six-pack of 200ml bottles, and this was one of them. It’s interesting they aged it for three months in 14-year-old rum barrels then finished it in charred French oak. Nice drink!
