Only a couple of whiskeys I've sampled, many of which, including this one, were suggested by my regular contact at the liquor store, that I regret buying. This distillery is in that category. I'm unable to distinguish the individual notes, I only know my preferences after tasting several bourbons and ryes. I won't purchase this again. It simply doesn't resemble bourbon... more like sipping a bottle of perfume!

I keep several Dancing Pines products on hand and enjoyed my visit to the Breckenridge Tasting Room. However, this is not a product I will repurchase. It has a harsh bite right from the start, and the expected oaky, vanilla, and caramel flavors of a Bourbon are absent.

Shaun Hoover 5.0

After visiting the distillery, I had to bring a bottle back from Illinois. The caramel and oak flavors, with a touch of smoke from the heavily charred new oak barrels, plus the creamy finish, make this a truly premium selection!

Darcy Crook 1.0

Very strong grain flavors; minimal other tastes. Touches of honey and vanilla. In summary, I do not intend to buy this again. Superior products exist in this price category.

Janette Russell 3.3

Best served chilled with a small amount of water to lessen the intensity.

Ezra Glover 1.0

Terrible! Strong tequila aroma and flavor. Almost impossible to drink.
