A balanced Single Malt Scotch Whisky from The Dalmore Distillery in Highlands, Scotland, distilled in 2001 and transferred to a sherry cask in June 2015 before bottling in Spring 2018, with a limited release of only 180 bottles. It begins aromatically with notes of roasted coffee beans, Jaffa cakes, orange peel, dark chocolate, sherry, herbs, spices, caramel, cardamom, fudge & black pepper; a balanced middle adds notes of fruits, orange, apricot, almond, leather, cinnamon & ginger; leading to a rich & complex medium-length finish with notes of port, wood, tobacco, smoke, tannins & clove.
