Palate: It's more viscous than expected for 90 Proof. Big impacts of prune and maple. A mild, peppery rye kick with notes of thyme, oregano, clove, and a hint of menthol. Finish: Medium length and warm. Soft tannins, sweet maple, and an unexpected hint of dill. Summary: An excellent maple finish that doesn't overpower the sip. It's not overly complex, but perfect for those who appreciate a sweeter, fruitier Rye.
