Cutwater Black Skimmer American Rye

Eucalyptus, mint, sarsaparilla, and rye on the nose; the palate is almost creamy with some honey and sweet rye; the finish is brief with a touch of pepper.

Smells of vanilla and some cinnamon. Both linger through the taste. Finish is short and just a little harsh.

Virtually no rye spice. Tastes like sweet banana bread. Not a fan.

Smooth and straightforward.
