I was taken aback by this... it had profound flavor, with plenty of spice and caramel notes. I would certainly buy another bottle if I could find one. It was a gift from a friend from Neb. I'm going to ask him for another.

About this bottle
Nebraska's inaugural single malt whiskey is produced using 100% malted barley and limestone-filtered water from the Sandhills. It is distilled in Scottish copper pot stills and matured in American oak barrels for two years. The distillery's name reflects the state's historical importance in railroad construction.

This is one of the silkiest spirits I've tried for being only two years old. It doesn't have a lingering finish, but the initial flavors are fantastic, and it's incredibly easy to drink.
Revitalizing with a trace of tart citrus on the finish. Definitely worth sampling.
Peppery whiskey notes merge with green apple and a salty sweet taste.
The one I always go back to.
New to Scotch. From KLWine.
