A floral nose with apple, oak, hints of vanilla, leather, cinnamon, and nutmeg spice. Tastes of rich, smooth Honeycrisp apples, cinnamon/nutmeg, bourbon and port oaken barrels, and dry cracked leather. Silky, thick, viscous mouthfeel with a mild spice burn, finishing with sweet apple, vanilla, and oak. Tasted neat in a sampler glass.
