Some of the flavors noted by the producer were detected, but not all. Initially, the aroma suggested caramel apple, but it evolved to include banana, orange, and vanilla. The palate offers cocoa, pecan, and spice, with a pleasant finish featuring a hint of clove.

Extremely light with pronounced dessert wine characteristics. It has a pleasant warming heat and a hint of spice at the end, but overall it's a very clean American single malt. I'm eager to see how this brand develops in the coming years.
