About this bottle
Made with 100% blue Weber agave grown in the Jalisco highlands (Los Altos) close to Arandas, this tequila has no additives. Maestra Tequilera Ana Maria Romero oversees a process that includes autoclave roasting of the agave, stone mill extraction, open-air steel vat fermentation without fibers using natural yeast, and a double distillation in stainless steel pot stills. The spirit is aged for 3 months in used bourbon barrels, followed by an additional 5 months in a mix of Symphony, Missouri, and Hungarian oak, accumulating to 8 months of maturation.
