About this bottle
This expression commemorates 250 years of tequila production and 25 years of Corralejo Tequila. It is crafted from 100% Blue Weber agave, hand-harvested from the Hacienda's fields. The agave is slow-cooked for 36 hours in stone clay ovens before fermentation with a proprietary yeast strain. Double distillation is performed using both column stills and Alembic copper stills imported from Spain, employing the traditional Charentais method. The tequila matures for five years in Templeton Rye American Whiskey barrels and is bottled at 40% ABV, with 1,600 bottles released in August 2021.
