Grace Rum Distillery, situated on Minamidaitōjima island southeast of Okinawa, distills this silver rum from molasses. The distillery, which also produces a Green rum from fresh sugarcane juice, bottles this spirit at 40% ABV.

Cor Cor Red delivers a vibrant burst of brown sugar with a touch of funk, finishing with coriander and tropical fruit. It's smooth and carries only a subtle sweetness. I acquired this for mixing cocktails, being unaged, but it's certainly interesting enough to enjoy on its own.
A funky molasses rum with grassy notes – in a positive way. Excellent for mixing drinks.
