Copperworks Distilling Co., situated in downtown Seattle, Washington, produces Peatsmith, an American single malt. This spirit is made using local peat from Washington's Olympic Peninsula. It underwent a double distillation in copper pot stills of Scottish origin and was aged for just under 3.5 years in char #3 barrels from Kelvin Cooperage.
