Rory Christensen 2.0

The aroma is of maple syrup, very strong, and sherry. The color is so dark. Honestly, it smells like soy sauce. It tastes quite unpleasant; clearly, this unusual 200-year-old barrel was a risky choice, but it did not pay off.

Peter Ash 3.3

A 200-year-old cask used for Sherry coloring. Queens run.
