About this bottle

This eau-de-vie is crafted from pears sourced from the Hudson Valley. Fermentation takes place in open-top wooden tanks using wild yeasts. The spirit is then distilled in direct-fire copper stills and aged for 6 months in stainless steel tanks before being bottled.
