Unaged spirit is prominent on the nose and palate. Immature. Pleasant creamy mouthfeel. Alcohol arrives, followed by faint honey, vanilla, and cashew. Medium-long finish. Did I mention immature? Needs more time in the barrel. Less engaging than Balcones and Westland, in my opinion.

Nose: recently burned wood, sweet fruit notes Palate: Medium to full body, a slight drying sensation, sugary sweetness, a velvety smooth feel on the tongue, hints of fresh fruit zest, and a smoky, salty taste
A worthy addition to your scotch collection. It already possesses the distinct smoky essence of Copper Fox. Not much else is required.
The aroma has smoke and abundant wood characteristics. The taste is smoky and sweet, with dominant notes of peach and oak.
Peach wood imparts a delicate floral note to this whiskey, an excellent pre-dinner drink
