This is a wild whiskey! Aroma: honey, cacao, cinnamon, red fruit with a touch of white grape. Taste: Initially distinct from the aroma. Milk chocolate, very sweet at the start, then shifts on the mid-palate to something like cinnamon candy, similar to Red Hots. The finish is a lingering cinnamon that persists for a considerable time. Overall: There's a lot happening here; it's very distinctive and complex. I wouldn't drink it often as it leans towards dessert, but it would be enjoyable to share.

Chocolate explosion! Almost like cocoa right away with a beautiful, rich finish. This is definitely a dessert bourbon for me.
A distinctive dessert-like Canadian whisky, both in aroma and flavor. Hints of nougat and vanilla are present, with a subtle cognac presence emerging in the finish.
