It's cooked in an Autoclave, fermented & 2x distilled in Stainless Steel Pots, then aged for 6 months in French oak wine casks before bottling at 40% ABV. It presents a complex aroma of agave, citrus, wood, herbs & spices. The balanced mid-palate adds notes of pepper, orange zest, oak, butterscotch, leading to a rich & spicy medium-length finish with ample vanilla & caramel. June 2022

Sampled in June 2022.
