A semi-sweet vermouth made from Moscato d'Asti, Brachetto & Malvasia wines combined with botanicals. It starts aromatically with fruit, wood, herb & spice notes; while a complex & semi-sweet middle leads to a lengthy & bittersweet conclusion. December 2017 - January 2018
I'm a fan of anything similar to Aperol, and this surpasses Aperol. The botanicals and the depth and complexity of the flavor are impressive. I enjoy it on ice with sparkling water, and I would never use Aperol that way. Just try it!
Less assertive than vermouth but more flavorful than many aperitifs. Excellent.
