About this bottle
Habitation Clément in Le François, Martinique, produces Clément Blanc. This unaged rhum agricole is distilled from fresh sugarcane juice at Fonds-Préville Distillery using a Creole copper column still. Following fermentation with French baker's yeast in open tanks for 24 hours, it rests in stainless steel tanks. The rhum is then gradually brought to bottling proof over six months. It is available in three expressions, each bottled at 80, 100, and 110 proof, respectively, with no sugar added.
