Circle Hook Distilling Original Rum

I bought this rum, distilled locally, while vacationing in Mississippi. It's produced from half molasses and half sugar cane syrup, in a pot still, and aged in charred American oak. No artificial coloring, flavors, or sweeteners are added. I appreciate the lingering finish of molasses and toffee. There's sufficient oak to impart a subtle baking spice and vanilla to the initial taste.
