The sixth release in Chattanooga Whiskey's Barrel Finishing Series, Triple Islay Cask Finished, incorporates finishing casks from three distinct Islay distilleries. The whiskey itself is a blend of three peated straight whiskeys, using malt sourced from three UK malthouses. Aged for over five years, including six months in the finishing casks, it is bottled at 111 proof. Limited quantities will be available starting November 2024, with a suggested retail price of $59.99.
