About this bottle
Chattanooga Whiskey's Barrel Finishing Series includes this, their eighth finish and inaugural ice wine cask expression, inspired by a rare ice wine from Moldova. The whiskey is composed of six mash bills: five malt whiskeys and one bourbon, utilizing specialty malts such as barley malted on the Venetian coast of Italy and two kinds of malted wheat. It was aged for over four years, with more than a year spent finishing in ice wine casks. Available starting August 13, 2026, at the Chattanooga Whiskey Experimental Distillery and online in certain states, it is bottled at 95 proof. (SRP $59.99)
