About this bottle
The fifth release in the R5 series, Charbay R5 Whiskey Lot No. 5 was distilled by 13th generation master distiller Marko Karakasevic from Racer 5 IPA beer, ready for bottling, made by Bear Republic Brewery. A donation of $10,000 will be given to California fire relief, indicated by a special gold sticker on the label. Charbay began distilling whiskey from ready-to-bottle beer in 1999.
